Super stud
Eric has been very busy lately. It’s not every day that one gets asked by MTV to arrange some music.
For whom? Oh … just a band backing up some singer by the name of Janet Jackson! What’s the venue? Oh, you know … it’s for the halftime hootenanny of a football game called the Super Bowl! Way to go, Eric!
After this, he shouldn’t have a whole lot of trouble getting his ASCAP application approved. 
Well, it’s not as glamourous as it sounds. As it stands right now, everything that I’ve written so far has been cut. The last I heard was that Janet only wanted the drumlines playing and the bands would be simply doing choreography. Hopefully that won’t be the case — I’ll find out more tomorrow.
What a disappointment. Sorry to hear that. Hopefully the diva will change her mind—I’m sure it happens more often than any of her handlers would like.
